  • Pre-registration

We want to invest in our current families and allow them to secure a spot for next year. We value progressive programming where a camper’s experience, and the impact it has on them, grows year after year. Families will be offered the same week for 2027 that they attended in 2026. For campers that were enrolled in 2026 and their newly age-eligible siblings/household members.

  • Week/session limits

As we continue to find ways to grow our impact, we aim to include more and more families in our camp experience. Limits on registered weeks opens the door for new families to register. Campers 13-15 eligible to register for two weeks. The week limits that are associated with age apply to all aspects of Overnight Camp including Equestrian Camp and Adventure Trips.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • What if my camper attended in 2025 or before? Are we eligible for pre-registration?

Unfortunately, only if a sibling attended in 2026 would you be eligible.

  • What if my camper is 13 midway through the week of camp, can they attend for two weeks?

Not for 2027, but would be welcome to register for two weeks in 2028.

  • How will Camp navigate friend groups who are split between 12-13 year olds?

13-year-olds will be placed with their mutual 1:1 friend request. They will be with like-ages of the younger camper. This will be the case for all age gaps across the program.

  • What if our pre-registration week offered to us doesn't work for us in 2027?

You can opt to register for it just in case plans change or join the general registration on October 10 to have a chance to register for any open weeks. If you need to change weeks, you can do this during general registration.

  • My 12-year-old typically does one week of Equestrian Camp and one week of Overnight Camp. Can my camper still do this?

Once your child turns 13, they absolutely can! Unfortunately, for 12 and under, they can only choose one week of Camp.

  • What is the difference between Horsemanship and Equestrian Camp?
    • These programs run completely different schedules.
    • Horsemanship is integrated as an add-on to our overnight camp programming and is for campers 12 ½ and under. This will be one of their daily morning activities that we call Newdls for their week of camp. Horsemanship consists of 4, 1-hour small-group lessons for each camper.
    • Equestrian programming is for campers who are between the ages of 11-15. They spend their mornings Monday-Friday at the barn for lessons and ground school. In pairs they’ll be assigned to groom and tack their horse and ride the same horse daily. Additionally, they will spend 2 afternoons throughout the week at the barn as well. When not at the barn they integrate into traditional overnight camp programming. These campers live together in specific cabins. The program is generally 35 campers.
  • My camper is interested in doing Adventure Trips and Overnight Camp. Can they do both?

Yes, campers who are age eligible for both programs can opt to do one week of both. These campers would be 14-15 at the time that the session starts.
