Your Camp Tecumseh adventure is right around the corner.

Next summer is closer than you think. Browse our calendar to learn more about session dates, session availability, and current pricing. If a session is available, we have a spot for your child! If it is waitlisted, it has already filled. However, join our waitlist and you’ll be notified of availability as spots open up. If you wish to join our waitlist, please fill out our registration form. We can’t guarantee spots will become available for campers on the waitlist.

Affording Camp

We want the Tecumseh experience to be available to all. With the generous support of donors through our annual fund, endowment, and our Tecumseh Society, we provide partial and full camperships to those who qualify. Apply for a campership today.

Special Note: Registration for Overnight Camp 2025 will open Wednesday, September 18. This is a change from previous years where registration opened June 1.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • When are Camp fees due?

At the time of registration, a $100 non-refundable registration fee will be required. You will have three options to pay the remaining balance:

Option 1: Pay the balance in full at the time of registration.

Option 2: Camp Tecumseh will automatically charge four installments on September 15, November 15, January 15, and March 15.

Option 3: Camp Tecumseh will charge the remaining balance on March 15. Optionally, you may choose to make periodic payments against your balance at any time prior to March 15.

Note: Regardless of which option you choose, Camp Tecumseh will be automatically charging any remaining balance on March 15, unless already paid.

  • Can my camper stay over a weekend between sessions?

For overnight campers who are attending multiple sessions, we are only offering the ability for campers to stay over on specific weekends where we are already running other programs. The following weekends are the only weekends where campers will be allowed to stay over between sessions:

    • Saturday, June 15 – Sunday, June 16 (between Weeks 1 & 2)
    • Saturday, June 29 – Sunday, June 30 (between Weeks 3 & 4)
    • Saturday, July 13 – Sunday, July 14 (between Weeks 5 & 6)
    • Saturday July 27 – Sunday, July 28 (between Weeks 7 & 8)

A $40 Stay Over fee will be applied to your account for campers choosing to participate in the stay over programming. Campers will be required to stay the entire weekend. Should you decide to pick your child up for the weekend instead of staying over, campers should be picked up during normal check out and checked back in through the normal drive-through check in line at your assigned time.

  • What does "waitlist" mean?

“Waitlist” means a session is filled and a waitlist is forming for the session. Changes and cancellations often occur before each camp session and campers will be added from the waitlist as spots become available. Registration for the sessions is still available if you wish to be put on the waitlist. Camp Tecumseh cannot guarantee spots will become available for campers placed on the waitlist.

  • What are your system requirements for online registration?

Our site works with all computer web browsers, but works best on Chrome and Firefox.

  • Why do I need an account to register?

Like many websites, we set up online accounts so you can gain access to your information in the future. After your online account is set up, you can use it to re-register past campers, add siblings, or make other adjustments. It’s also where you will access and turn in your forms.

  • What should I use as a username?

We suggest you use a parent’s email address for your username. You must use this same email address as your username every time you log in to your account.

  • How do I log in to my Camp Tecumseh account later?

Click the Login link in the menu of our website (three bars in the very top right). It will ask you for the email account and the password you used when your account was set up. Once inside you can adjust your address information, change cabin mate choices, or make a payment (in addition to your regular monthly payment) toward a current registration. Be sure to keep your information safe because you will need to use your account to sign up for next year if you choose to sign up online again.

  • I lost my username. What do I do?

Do not create a new username. Your username is your email address on file. If you do not remember which email address is on file, please contact our office for assistance at 765-564-2898.

  • I have more than one child coming to camp. Do I need to up an account for each camper?

No, please don’t. You can use the account that you set up while registering your first child to quickly register a second camper. Log in to your account and click on the “Add Additional Campers” button. Also, don’t forget that your children’s information will be ready in our system for when you want to sign up for next year!

  • I have a unique custodial situation that impacts registration. How can I register my camper(s)?

We recognize that every situation is different, so please give our office a call so we can work together to figure out a solution that works for your child.

  • Do you offer financial assistance?

Camp Tecumseh is a charitable organization. Some fee assistance may be available for families that cannot afford the full fee.

To apply for assistance, send us a campership (like a scholarship, but for camp!) application along with your registration form (above).

Call 765-564-2898 or email daynah@camptecumseh.org for more information.

  • Why am I only allowed to put in one cabin mate request?

In order for children to make new friends along with enjoying camp with a current friend, we accept one cabin mate request per registration. The cabin mate you are requesting must also request your camper on their registration. Almost all mutual cabin mate requests are honored if the campers are within one year of each other’s age. If you have a special situation regarding cabin mates, please call the Camp Tecumseh office.

  • Do I have to sign up for each week one at a time?

No. When selecting weeks (also called programs), check the boxes beside each week you want your camper to attend and you will sign up for all weeks at the same time.

  • I want to change the week for which my child is registered. Can I do that online?

No. Once your registration fee is paid, you cannot make changes to your registered dates online except to add additional camp weeks. If you need to make changes in your camp dates, please call the camp office or email the registrar at registrar@camptecumseh.org. All changes must be requested in writing (email is acceptable).

  • Can I get a refund if I cancel?

The registration deposit ($100/week for Overnight and Equestrian Camp, $200 for CILTs, $200/week for one week Adventure trips, $400 for two week Adventure Trips, $50/week for Day Camp) is a registration charge, and is neither refundable nor transferable to another child under any circumstances. All fees are due by March 15 for Overnight Camp programming, and June 5 for Day Camp. If you cancel more than 30 days of camp (14 days for Day Camp) before your camp session starts, all other fees will be refunded in full. Cancellations received within 30 days of camp (14 days for Day Camp), for any reason other than medical, will not receive a refund. A note from your child’s pediatrician is required for all medical related cancellations in order to receive any refund. Refunds will not be issued for campers going home early for illness, disciplinary action, or homesickness.

Cancellations are not able to be done through your account. We must have written documentation of all registration changes. If you need to cancel, please email your request to our Registrar at registrar@camptecumseh.org.

  • Can I cancel my camper's registration online?

Sorry, no. We must have all cancellation requests given to us in writing (email is acceptable) and registration fees are non-refundable. Please email your cancellation to the registrar at registrar@camptecumseh.org or call the camp office for more information.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

If you register online (which is the preferred method), you can pay using a credit card or debit card. If you mail or fax the printable registration form, you can pay with a credit card, debit card, or check. The deposit is due at the time of registration ($100/week for Overnight and Equestrian Camps; $200/week for Adventure trips; $40/week for Day Camp).

  • What is Camp Tecumseh's policy regarding health forms?

In order to be in compliance with state regulations, a completed health information form that includes your child’s health history must be filled out online. In addition, camper’s must have physician’s exam completed by a doctor. Forms for both the exam and the health history are available in your account dashboard.  For every day of your child’s camp session that these forms are not on hand, a fee of $50 per day will be assessed. Your child could also be sent home due to failure to comply with this requirement and no refund will be given. Camp Tecumseh requests that forms be sent to Camp at least 30 days before the scheduled camp session so our health personnel have plenty of time to review them thoroughly.
